These terms govern your use of the browser extensions and the website published by TARKO EVOLUTION SL at extensionshub.net (the "Service"). By installing or using our extensions, or by purchasing a Pro upgrade, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Our extensions are software tools that run in your browser. We offer a free tier and, for some extensions, an optional paid "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extensions for their intended purpose. A Pro license key is issued to you and may be used on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the license key, nor attempt to circumvent the Pro activation.
3. Pro purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price shown at checkout is the total price. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. After payment you receive a license key that unlocks Pro features. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the extensions and for complying with the terms of the websites and services you interact with. You must not use the extensions for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to gain unauthorized access to any system.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or browser version.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARKO EVOLUTION SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
