If Pro doesn't work for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Just email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll refund the payment to the original method.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Because Pro is digital content delivered immediately (your license key is issued at once), by completing the purchase you request immediate delivery; where required, your explicit consent to immediate delivery is collected at checkout. Independently of this, our 14-day guarantee above still applies.
How to request a refund
Email tarkoevolution@gmail.com with:
- The email address used at checkout, and
- Optionally, your license key or Stripe receipt.
We process refunds through Stripe, usually within a few business days. Bank posting times may vary.
After a refund
Once refunded, the associated Pro license is deactivated and Pro features are no longer available. The free tier of the extension continues to work normally.
